The first step is to complete the online application. If you are applying with a roommate, spouse, and/or anyone over the age of 18 years old, they must submit a separate application. If you are unable to complete the online application you can print the application and hand it in during the scheduled showing.

There is a NON-REFUNDABLE $40 fee for each applicant (18 years & older).  If you’re filling out the application online, the fee & required documents are due during the scheduled showing of the apartment, exact cash or money order only accepted.

Each applicant must provide three (3) of their most recent pay stubs from their employer during  the scheduled showing.

Each applicant must provide a copy of two (2) forms of government issued ID: Driver’s License or Passport and Social Security Card during the scheduled showing.

If your application is approved, we will call you to schedule an appointment to sign the rental lease where you will be required to provide us with the first month’s rent plus a security deposit of 1.5 month’s rent.
